Title VI Policy

It is the policy of Boise State University to provide equal educational and employment opportunities, services, and benefits to all students and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, creed, age or handicap in accordance with Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Sections 799A and 845 of the Public Health Act, and Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, where applicable, as enforced by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare.
